our kitchen renovation – day 10

Oh dear. That old saying, as exciting as watch paint dry. My blog. Right now. I apologise if this really is not your cup of tea. Yes, another coat of paint has gone on the walls out the back, but it’s the first time I’ve seen the colour on the walls – Dulux Vanilla Quake half. And I love it. The ceiling and trims are in Dulux Vivid White and I love the contrast. I just love it.

grey and white!
the colour is up
loving the contrast
Thank you lovely Dulux colour consultant for picking the colours for me. They are just what I wanted and I didn’t even show you a shade of grey! Thank you lovely painter for painting it all. So glad we didn’t go with retro daddy as painter. It’s looking perfect already.

  1. your wall colour could be just what I am looking for, the house we brought has a very pink bathroom and we can’t afford to change things at the moment but were thinking of a grey for the walls to tone the pink down

  2. looking good! i’m enjoying these progress shots :)
