and on sunday I was lucky to receive a giveaway from Katia…..now Katia is a lovely russian girl living in sydney with her helicopter pilot hubby (now doesn’t that sound like an exciting occupation)! She does amazing embroidery and sewing and just check out her etsy store….she amazed us on Sunday with her lovely stitching and she has such attention to detail. Wow, I’m looking forward to having some of her sweet things at my Allie’s Attic stall in December…..

So thank you Katia for the lovely giveaway! I’m going to make a little bag for my mum (the french teacher with a love affair of everything parisian) and pop the notebook in for her. Unfortunately she will be in hospital again as her cancer has come back again. I guess when they give you the all clear it’s not for long but we’re all keeping positive and she is amazingly brave!

I am sure she will love a parisian bag made by her lovely daughter. You received such beautiful gifts. I will keep your mum in my thoughts and wish wonderful things for her too.

  9. Wow, some amazing things. J’adore Paris! Haven’t been for a few years, but every time I go to London I take a walk through St Pancras Station and see the trains ready to depart for Paris via the Channel Tunnel and I just want to jump on board! All good wishes to your mum, I do hope she pulls through – being positive is the only way to be, otherwise what’s the point? Love the blog x
