the auctions are up

Got a spare hour or three? Well you’ll need it to check out the huger than huge big list of auctions organised by Toni for the Queensland Flood appeal…you’ll find it here. And will you just look at Lisa’s auction……..new sewing machine anyone???????
yes, Lisa let me put the picture on my blog!

So, I’m waiting until the little people are in bed tonight, making myself a nice big cup of coffee and settling down to start bidding and buy raffle tickets. You’ll find my two auctions in there too……here and here.  What a great response and thank you for your bids so far! I can’t wait to hear how much has been raised as a whole!

Photobucket
and if you’re waiting for an email or reply from me it’s coming! My inbox is bursting at the seams so I’m going to go through it tonight and get some more details out about Quilts for Queensland.

  1. I did a post on how to buy raffle tickets the easy way, just sit on the official flood relief website, keep donating $5 & have the receipts emailed to you, then cruise the raffles & enter, the file away your receipts for tax time. I donated $100 & have been entering raffles all day, but i really want to win this particular one at The Red Thread, even though i donated fabrics to it, i want that machine!! Love Posie

  2. thanks for the plug Corrie. I’m in awe of what the crafty bloggy community is doing for this appeal. (both the bloggers and the readers/bidders). I can’t wait to see the final tally either.

  3. Wow – will definitely be in that one….

  4. Bloggers are great, too am pleased about people bidding on all the Auctions and am very pleased how mine are going too.
