I turned one of my market tables into a makeshift cutting table and have set it up with a mini ironing board, iron, snap press machine and cutting mat. I am loving this table and it sure beats the floor!
and here my little Brothers sit side by side for some sewing action. I put my scissors, pins, measuring tapes and machine supplies in the basket behind my machine which I am also loving. No getting up trying to find something which is what usually happens.
and then behind me is a huge double wardrobe overflowing with fabric and batting. I’ll need to fold and tidy it up before I show you. I am actually very spoilt by having 2 adjoining rooms and my own bathroom as my sewing room. The bathroom is hiding christmas presents and the other room is crammed with 12 big plastic tubs stacked to the ceiling full of fabric, wool and patterns and all my market stock too………that’s for another time when it’s looking neater! Like I said…work in progress!

Oh, I love your space, so lovely to be able to spread yourself out and not have to worry about packing up each time. What is it about those bonne marie jam jars that are so perfect for crafty stuff. I have about ten of them filled with beads for my crochet bead necklaces! I love them!

Just lovely. I’m currently packing up all my sewing room supplies and heading off to the new house this weekend so you have given me lot’s of inspiration to take along with me….Trying to decide if I should take up a room in the new house or a little part of the main room in the new house or maybe both? ..mmmm..??

Nice sewing room Corrie! My stepson (18yrs) is moving out of our house in the new year so I too will eventually have a great space for sewing and crafting!

What a great room, I am soo jealous! I love the bookshelf. If I could get rid of my treadmill I could bring one in, lol. Love the belly pic. I had heaps when I was pregnant and I like taking the bare belly ones. Hope you have an easy labour. Don’t leave it too long before going to the hospital, just get there as soon as it get ouchy. oooh so excited for you!
