yesterday was just one of those days, the babies were teething, Keira just wanted to spend the day at the park and mummy had over 6 loads of washing to catch up on and just wanted to have her morning shower!
while everyone had their afternoon nap (this is rare for keira), I made these 2 scrap quilt blocks for my quilting group because it was becoming clear that I just wanted to spend the night having a nice long shower and lie on the couch watching desperate housewives and the oscars……………and thats what I did and it was good!

it must be so hard for you to get organised some mornings. I used to find it a bit hard to have a nice long shower in the mornings and gave up and decided to have nightly ones when someone else was home. Your scrap quilts look lovely and it sounds as though you finally got to relax.
