vintage fisher price

This morning I nearly knocked Keira over in my excitement to take this off my mum’s hands. It turns out she had given all of our fisher price to someone in our family (now divorced from our family) but after all these years this was returned to her…

sadly this was all that we can expect but oh what memories and keira is just loving it……

its over 25 years old and still works…..they don’t make fisher price like this anymore

there was some confusion that it might be Phoebe’s (my sister) but I put an end to that myth and it will be living at our house!

(oh excuse miss keira’s smudge on the camera…I’ve just realised it after uploading)

  1. Oh, WOW! I grew up with one of these, too! Yet, who knows where it is now. Happy memories for me, too!

  10. I too have been re-discovering my childhood playthings – just dug out 2 boxes of dolls etc from our shed, that have been sealed up for years…. just need some time to go through and freshen everything up before I can put them away in miss C’s cupboard. So happy for you that this treasure has been returned to you!

  11. How exciting! My sister owned one of those and it also still works. Your blog is lovely and I’m glad I found it. From reading your blog I’ve now got a great idea what to send you for the fat quarter swap.

  12. What a great thing to be returned. We still have the little FP school desk with blackboard insert , space under for books and the sliding top for pens and chalk. The boy who owned that is 36.
