getting through the baby projects….

Well slowly and surely I’m getting through my to do list. I set up a little sweat shop in the corner of my lounge and set my mum to work whipping up muslin wraps and cot sheets….she loves to sit and sew all day and you just need to keep her supplied with coffee, home baked cookies and lunch…its win win!

I do the cutting and she sews and there were bibs too (pre-velcro)…

while I managed some appliqued singlets and onesies

and a super cute Debbie Bliss cardigan that sadly I’m giving away to another new mummy but it didn’t take long at all and I’d love to add it to my collection….please excuse the bad lighting in all my photos…..I haven’t worked out the best spot in the house at the moment….

And thank you for all the belly comments….some days I’d like to remove it and take a breather but with just over 2 weeks to go I think I can make it. We spent 2 hours this morning at the hospital having some CTG monitoring that should have been uneventful but little girl wasn’t moving as much as big brother despite lemonade and gentle nudges so the Dr wants us back again on sunday and the hospital bag will be packed in the boot just in case….
