Wednesday WIP’s…

To keep me honest and finishing my projects here’s what I’m up to this week! First up I managed to start this stash buster quilt yesterday and just want to rejig a few squares and colours around before I hit the sewing machine.

Next up is a little Debbie Bliss baby cardigan in a gorgeous oatmeal colour I started on Sunday…its gorgeously soft and I just love the colour and want a Mummy size too.

My french market bag just needs the handles sewn up and then its off to the washing machine for a few rounds….

and my other work in progress is coming along nicely as we mark 15 weeks today..now remember there are 2 in there.

and this is Miss Keira as I caught her with my knitting needles telling her dollies I’m knittin’…tooo cute

  11. I’m back again to say I have tagged you – check out my blog for details.

  12. Wow – you sure do have a lot of gorgeous things in progress (including the bump :)). I can understand you wanting an adult-sized version of that cardi. Actually, just this morning I went searching Etsy for hand-knitted adult cardigans. And guess what. NOTHING!!! Heaps of kids’ ones, and heaps of vintage second-hand cardis, but no plain cute hand-knitted ones. So guess what my new objective for winter is…yep – LEARN TO KNIT!!!! I’m sure I won’t get good enough in time to make myself a cardi for this winter, but my aim will be that by the time NEXT winter comes I might be ready to have a crack at it.

Oops, sorry for writing an essay in your comments 😛 Thanks for the inspiration!!!

  13. I think you look great for 15 weeks. I think I probably looked that big at 4 mths and I only had 1 in there. Keira looks so cute knitting with her dolls too. I love the baby raglan sweater too, so cute.

  14. Awww..baby bump! You look great!

Thanks for letting me know that all that crying is normal. She couldn’t sleep again last night and cried until 6am this morning. Now, she is fast asleep.

  15. Wow Ive just checked out that pattern for the french bag – way to complicated for me. More power to you – your looking fab by the way!

  16. You are looking great for 15 weeks and two in there. Hope your feeling the same way.
