Well I had a lovely afternoon of sewing with 3 generations in my sewing room – little keira, me and my mum! We were very productive and also enjoyed some delicious german gingerbread biscuits with our coffees…..keira was captivated with her grandmummy’s sewing ability as you can see
on a sad note I was bidding on a great new overlocker on ebay but missed out….it just got too expensive but I’ve been told that I can have one for mothers day…yipee but I’m thinking I might upgrade my sewing machine instead and just an old one from ebay! you’ve got to love ebay!
we ended the day with drinks down at manly wharf hotel and was suprised by how many prams there were down there …..and my daughter was picking up the little man at the table next to us, she was waving to him and when the music picked up she started bouncing to it and looking at him…uh oh…..we have trouble on our hands!
I just have to say how wonderful your new blog looks. I love it so much. I like the photos of Keira too, she is growing so fast and I am sure that the little boy she was trying to pick up will be sad in a few years time, thinking of how he missed his chance with a gorgeous girl. I am sure when she grows up she will have all the boys waving at her instead. I cant wait to see what Amy Butler books you are ordering too. Is there one with the Weekender Bag in it. Could you possibly let me know as I would like to make one and never know where to purchase them from.

Hi again. I have just read a comment you made on Nattychick’s blog, and I have to say, I would be happy for her to be in Canberra too. I’d really prefer Albury/Wodonga, but Townsville is just too far away from me. Canberra would be acceptible, and I could still visit for a weekend.
